Our Customer Service/Forwarding department arranges transports to destinations all over the world.

Through our experience and buying power, especially in the European market, we can offer competitive prices and efficient transport solutions. Our customers' requirements have the highest priority and we warrant a steady flow of relevant information to them. The customer services department tries to make the impossible possible!

We are dealing with all sorts of transports, such as:

Our Customer Service/Forwarding department offers the following services:

• Customs clearance
• Prepare all documentation, such as:
  • Produce Bills of Lading
  • T1 declaration
• Stock administration
• Act as Fiscal representatives for transports within the European Community

Our Agency department also assists in booking and forwarding cargo from Rotterdam to Sweden, using the Ro-ro vessels from SCA Transforest.

Our Customer services department is open from monday till friday from 07.30 till 17.15.

Our Front desk is open from monday till friday from 07.00 till 19.30..
